Who does what
A new client URL starts at zero. That is not a score for the build.
Search tools will show no referring domains on day one. That is their hostname, not a verdict on the pages. Split the work the way the work actually splits.
We ship the site
Pages for what people in that city actually type, a clear path to call or enquire, and a launch on a seven-day calendar from complete intake. White-label: your name, not ours.
You attach the business
License, Google Business Profile, reviews, citations, and mentions live with the contractor. Prefer their existing domain when they have one. A fresh registration can go live in a week; it does not inherit a history.

$1,800 for the first site — $1,500 from the third
One price per site, and bulk pricing is automatic: every site from your third is $1,500 — no minimum, no contract. Your margin is the difference between what you bill and what you pay us. We host the first site. We do not promise rankings.
First site $1,800 — half to start
A real client project, not a sample. 50% starts the build; the balance is due after your review, before the site goes live. From the third site for the same agency, each additional site is $1,500. We do not sign a monthly volume on a handshake.
First site live in 7 days
Kickoff to launch on a fixed calendar once intake is complete — trade, city, brand basics, and where leads should go. Additional sites run on an agreed schedule, each one seven days from its own complete intake. Repeatable production, not a six-week custom build.
Your brand, we stay off the site
White-label delivery. We host the site — the first three months are included, then $49 a month. Moving it to your own hosting later is available on request and quoted separately. Exclusivity in a city and trade is optional, not the default.

Local Reputation HQ is operated by Priit Zirnask, founder of Digitalaufbau OÜ (Tallinn, Estonia). We are not a reseller: we build, own, and operate our own portfolio of local trade websites in Germany and the US — your client's site runs on the same production line.
Wholesale works the other way around from our own portfolio: your client owns the domain and the delivered site, and we stay off the pages. The sample on this page is invented and says so. The sites we operate for ourselves are real, and we will walk you through one on the call.
